Survey data results: 64% of responses (individuals) passing on the magazine to at least one other household reader/friend (2.5 per edition**), 23% responses (local businesses, cafes, waiting rooms etc.) averaging readers as 12.5+ per edition, and the remaining 13% (collection of individuals and business) suggesting the magazine is passed on to more than four other readers in our region.
Tourism Reach: 12,000+ per edition
Based on a survey of accommodations in our area*^, that either displayed the magazine in reception areas and/or in hotel/motel rooms. On average more than 12 individuals would view an edition. 1,000+ copies are delivered to accommodation businesses with the Ballina Shire. Additionally, in 2021, a stand was placed at the Ballina Byron Airport which would also increase the tourism readership figure but was not included in these statistics.

Next, 25% resided in Brisbane, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Forster, Gold Coast, Grafton, Hobart, Melbourne, Newcastle, Regional Victoria, Sydney and Yamba. The remaining 5% of online readers were overseas, in England, the Netherlands and the USA.

You might recognise this name. Lindsey previously managed the local magazine TwoFour7Seven for three years as a volunteer before it was taken over by another local who moved the publication online.
Lindsey is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, organisational geek and mother of two active boys. She is an SCU business management graduate with post-graduate qualifications in project management from RMIT University.
